Dr. Aishwarya Lakshmi

President & Director of Human Resources

Dr. Aishwarya Lakshmi is an active board member and President of PriServe Consulting Inc, USA. Apart from Strategic Planning, she manages Human Resources and Administration for PriServe Consulting Inc. Dr. Lakshmi earned a Ph.D. in English from the University of Chicago and a Masters from Purdue University. She has published articles in the Feminist Review, Economic and Political Weekly, and Biblio. She has followed a teaching career before joining Priserve and continues to pursue her academic interests alongside work with us. Dr. Lakshmi is based out of Houston, TX, USA.

Saumen Prasad

Co-Founder & Director of Business Development

Mr. Saumen Prasad is an active board member and has been associated with PriServe since Sept of 2004 when he co-founded the first group company in New Delhi. Apart from Strategic Planning, he leads our efforts in Business Development for PriServe group companies at a global level. Prior to founding PriServe, Mr. Prasad had over 7 years of experience in IT and management consulting in Technical and Managerial functions in India and Europe. Mr. Prasad earned a B.S in Chemical Engineering from B.I.T Sindri (India) and Masters in International Business from Euromed-Marseille (France). Mr. Prasad is based out of Houston, TX, USA.
 

Prashant Tripathy

Director – IT, Telecom & Enterprise Business

Mr. Prashant Tripathy is BE & MBA, a seasoned person having approx 22 years of extensive experience in IT / ITES / Telecom industry. He has vast exposure and experience at multiple levels in MNCs and have added distinct values to the organizational growth. He has played lead role from strategies, processes, technology, operations, delivery, center of excellence, quality, business fronts and groomed People to next levels to building maturity to organization. He has taken challenges to set the mission and vision of the company and build business units with successful implementation of competencies and domains. He has worked in multi-culture and environments leading organization in India, Asia Pacific, Europe, USA, Australia and have travelled across the globe for business set-up. Have worked in companies like iBilt Technologies, Birla-GE, NIIT Technologies, Network Programs, Digital Hub, Symphony Technology Group- Teleca etc.

K. Kumar

Director - Finance

Mr. K. Kumar is a graduate / ex-banker, an entrepreneur, successful business personal and owning multiple companies in India in different business domains like export, manufacturing, trading, construction etc. He is also actively involved in social activities and have trusts and NGOs operating from Mumbai covering India and overseas. He has been awarded many times from Government of India for his innovative and excellent work for society and business. He is very well connected in Business and Corporate segment and officials in Mumbai.

James Hwang

EVP & Country Manager - Korea

Mr. James Hwang, a Korean resident, has done a Master degree of Electrical Engineering at Yonsei Graduate school. He has more than 15+ years mobile SW development experiences at LG Mobile Communication, GCT semiconductor and 7 years of Marketing & Sales career at Infineon technology and Teleca at 3G/4G modem based Smartphone solutions .
