Priserve has headquarters in US and focal points in each of the Regional Offices, working together, exchanging information, coordinating and implementing activities and planning for the future across the globe.
GLOBAL TEAM STRUCTURE
The Global team structure consists of a Global Program Officer who supervises all the Local Program Officers who are situated across different Local Program Offices in different continents. Each Local Program Officer would delegate the project to the Program or Project Manger. The Program or Project Manager would co-ordinate with his team of Software Requirements Engineer , Configuration Manager, Software Architect, Quality Assurance Engineer, Software Development Team Leader, Software Integration Team Leader, Software Test Team Leader.
The Quality Assurance Engineer would then report to the Quality Manager who would in turn report to the Global Quality Manager.The Software Development Team Leader would manage his team of Software Developer Engineers. The Software Integration Team Leader would manage his team of Software Software Integration. The Software Test Team Leader would manage his team of Software Test Team Engineers.
