Job Duties :
Oversee and coordinate delivery and quality of health services provided by nurses, physician assistants and other medical assistants; Develop and manage work schedules and workflows; Develop and maintain computerized record management systems; Identify and remedy personnel, productivity, quality, compliance and data management issues; Build and develop customer/client relationships; Serve as point of contact for customers/clients and share progress updates, collect feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction; Identify gaps and areas for improvement; Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures; Monitor billing and payments; Recruit, hire and train personnel.
Eligibility :
Master's degree (MS) in medical science, public health, health care administration or related plus 3 years exp. Reqd. exp. must include min. 1 year exp. using Hospital Information System (HIS) / Hospital Management System (HMS) software. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree is considered to meet the requirement for the Masters.
